Ok. im updating my journal more than half a year later.
i went through my account and realised that most of what i typed on it were either mostly lies or mostly shit. i might have been sort of delusional then, but now im a tiny bit older and different , ha ha. and i realise what a wierdo i was
not that im not a wierdo anymore, but im a good wierdo [whatever.] my art has been progressing since then and currently im in a huge photography stage. ive abandoned my journal where i doodled and wrote and acted retarded in, now im doing lots of photography and still some sketching. both of which have improved greatly. sketching is still based off of the photos i take for that purpose. and i do believe that the sketches have become more interesting due to the fact that i keep learning more about photogrpahy.
anyway, im really enjoying self portraits right now and also getting into new types of nature and urban shooting. my cameras are in a bit of a predicament though. my olympus got bashed in my bag and now wont focus at all, so i borrowed my moms digital for a while. then i borrowed my dads camera for a trip and we switched. he left my mom's camera on a boat in bermuda. so now i have my dads camera which he sort of needs and its all retarded to upload pics and ugggh. [however, the settings are fun]
but guess what this means. im getting a new camera.
a telephoto camera.
and oh boy am i ever excited.
so im expecting to continue on in my photogrpahy, take it to some new levels, and hopefully put some stuff up on here. we'll see how it goes.
i think it will go good and i wont fall of the face of DA again.

wow i really do still tend to ramble though. i only planned on writing a few sentences. oh well. this is my life.

but do you know what. today is not Casey Calvert's life. he died two years ago today. he was an amazing person, loved by thousands, who passed unexpectedly and for seemingly no reason. because of caseys death, [and thanksgiving,] let's all be inspired to live our lives while we're at it.
